WOMEN’S SPIN CLASS PROGRAM

This private group is for 20 female’s who want to get stronger and fitter on a bike.

 

Level 2 training is periodised, combining strength, speed, power and endurance.

 

In previous years, participants of the program all improved with the average gains of 7-12%

 

This program is different to the LvL 1 Program and includes  2 x  private group training session per week.

 

Only ladies registered for the program will be training in these private group sessions

 

These sessions are Tuesday & Thursday evenings @ 7:30pm

 

You choose one other class from the weekly schedule each week (class style is recommended based on individual training goals)

 

This program is suited to:

 

  • Road Rider, Mountain Bikers, CX Riders, Track Riders, Triathletes, Rowers, Runners, AFLW players
  • and, people who want to cross train effectively.

 

WHAT YOU GET

 

  • 2 x 30- 60 minute, SPECIFIC, PERIODIZED and PRIVATE sessions a week for 3 weeks.
  • FTP / Fitness Test at the beginning & end of the program.
  • For additional training, you may also attend up to 3 other published classes on the weekly ride schedule.
  • Discounted indoor/ outdoor personalised coaching.
