This private group is for 20 female’s who want to get stronger and fitter on a bike.
In previous years, participants of the program all improved with the average gains of 7-12%
This program is different to the LvL 1 Program and includes 2 x private group training session per week.
Only ladies registered for the program will be training in these private group sessions
These sessions are Tuesday & Thursday evenings @ 7:30pm
You choose one other class from the weekly schedule each week (class style is recommended based on individual training goals)

Level 2 training is periodised, combining strength, speed, power and endurance.

The different styles of classes ( all run by passionate cyclists) means there was something for everyone. I had not used bikes with power before, using the zone cards means whatever your ability, you can get targeted training ( without feeling you are getting let behind the group!)”
