Each session will be 75 mins and periodized over the next 5 weeks to build the strength, stamina, and endurance necessary for your longer summer riding, Amys Gran Fondo, for cross training or simply to give your general fitness a massive boost!
Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced rider, our expert coaches will guide you every step of the way.
Join some or all of the sessions with each session increasing intensity, threshold and building strength one session at a time.
You don’t need to be a bike rider to get involved in training – everyone at every fitness level is welcome.

Progressive Endurance Classes: Over the course of 6 weeks, our Endurance Training Program gradually builds your mental stamina, strength and endurance. You’ll be amazed at how your fitness improves week by week.
Group Support: Join a community of like-minded cyclists and fitness enthusiasts who share your improvement. Interact with fellow participants, exchange tips, and motivate each other throughout the training journey. And meet some other awesome individuals.
Together, we’ll create an environment that inspires you to push your limits and achieve greatness.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Assessment and Goal Setting: Before the program begins, we’ll discuss your current fitness level and determine your goals. This information will help us tailor the training cards to meet your specific needs.
Progressive Training Sessions: Each week, our sessions will focus on different aspects of endurance training on a bike, gradually increasing in intensity . Each session will be 75 mins and also cover essential skills such as event pacing, nutrition, and mental preparation.
Personalised Coaching: Our coaches will provide individual feedback, monitor your progress, and make necessary adjustments to your training cards. You’ll receive guidance on technique, form, and strategies to optimise your performance.
Supportive Community: Our community is here to support and motivate you throughout your journey, fostering a sense of camaraderie and achievement.
Optional Additional Training: For those who wish to enhance their training, we offer supplementary resources, such as strength and conditioning workouts, injury prevention and nutrition for cyclists and those ready for self improve
