YELLOW

Increase your aerobic endurance (a good all round class for beginners and experienced cyclists alike)

GREEN

Increase your power and speed (Intervals)

RED

Increase your strength and endurance (hills!)

PINK

A great all round session including , intervals, hills, and endurance work.

BEATZ

Similar to a PINK session, but the cadence is matched to the Beatz of the music. Ride with Rhythm

ORANGE

Mixing the modalities – keeping the cadence low, climbing hills and building strength with
Short high intensity efforts giving just enough recovery to do it again and again.

For people looking to step it up or train for a specific event like a Amy Gillet Grand Fondo, 3 peaks, Giro Della Donna or Around the Bay ….so much bang for your buck!
