BLUE

(Free class for beginners) An introduction to the Cycle Collective way

YELLOW

Increase your aerobic endurance (a good all round class for beginners and experienced cyclists alike)

GREEN

Increase your power and speed (Intervals)

RED

Increase your strength and endurance (hills!)

PINK

A great all round session including , intervals, hills, and endurance work.

TIME TRIAL

Increase your speed and threshold. (a real mind game)

ENDURO

For people looking to step it up or train for a specific event like a Amy Gillet Grand Fondo, 3 peaks, Giro Della Donna or Around the Bay ….so much bang for your buck! ** These are special event sessions an not always on the schedule.

5 PEAKS IN 5 WEEKS

MOUNTAINS

Simulated mountain climbing sessions based on strava gradient profiles of 5 of the best climbs in New Zealand and Victoria.

Guided by our Hill Climb ambassador Tim G, who has ridden them all. These are his top 5!

Sessions range from 70 – 90 mins increasing in time and intensity over the weeks
