We ride outside for the journey.

 

The purpose

 

To increase endurance, power and strength using an indoor bicycle.

 

The performance

 

Using tailored & accurate training zones, you ride at your personal fitness level but do it in group.

We make training efficient and effectivetaking the guess work out of your fitness improvements.

Classes are colour coded, programmed using science and delivered to give you the outcome you are looking for.

 

  • If you want to be stronger – train for strength. (RED CLASS – HILLS)
  • If you want to be more powerful – train for power. (GREEN CLASS)
  • If you want to fitter – train for aerobic capacity. (YELLOW CLASS)
  • If you want to better at everything – cross train in a single session. (PINK CLASS)
  • If you want more endurance – go long in the ENDURO 70min + sessions.
  • If you want time trial speed – go fast in the TIME TRIAL SESSIONS

 

If you are competitive, in any way against yourself or against others, our (opt in/out) leaderboard that will keep you focused and motivated to continually improve.

5 Tips about our Intro Passes

 

1.  Our intro passes are only for newbies.

2.  Passes start on the day of your first visit not the purchase date.

3.  Come as often as you like for 14 days.

4.  They are our most cost effective passes.

5.  After 14 days there is no ongoing commitment, but we hope you continue to ride with us!

  • Cycle Collective is for everyone, people wanting to get into cycling, recreational riders, crit riders, triathletes and cross training for people who just want to improve their fitness
  • State of the art technology, combined with accurate equipment gives you stats delivered to your phone, so you can track your progress.
  • Sessions are based using Power (Watts) and Cadence ( CAD) as primary data. Riders total energy (kj) and Watts/kg is also measured during sessions.
  • Bike power meters are ANT + compatible and power meter numbers are available here. Power meters sync with most bike computers.
  • Great coaches with essential cycling experience to guide you on the right path both indoors & out.
  • 5 star shower and change facilities (Richmond only) combined with great coffee pre or post class.
  • 2 locations to choose from.
