3 weeks  9 sessions  

 

Sessions times:

Monday 7:30 pm
Wednesday 6:30pm
Thursdays 7:30pm

 

  • Condensed program to maximise results
  • Targeted workouts to boost Vo2 threshold
  • First session is 5 minute FTP
  • All following sessions use personalised training zones based on the FTP
  • The last session will be a 20 min FTP effort
  • Bonus bodyweight mobility / strength program for injury free watt smashing all summer!
  • Session duration: between 45 and 60 mins
