  • Condensed program to maximise results
  • Targeted workouts to boost Vo2 threshold
  • First session is 5 minute FTP
  • All following sessions use personalised training zones based on the FTP
  • We calculate you goal 5 min FTP with increased % for increased performance on your final session
  • Bonus bodyweight mobility / strength program for injury free watt smashing all winter
  • Session duration: between 45 and 60 mins
