COVID safe changes

Like most other businesses there are some COVID safe changes that are now inplace, making the space as safe and comfortable as possible for everyone to enjoy.

There are a few guidelines we ask to you follow:

  1. You will need to show your instructor your vaccine certificate prior to your first class back in 2022 – this will be added to our system and visible to all instructors.
  2. Double Vaccination is required to attend a class.
  3. Please wear your mask in the studio before and after class (we know it seems silly but every little bit might help).
  4. We will keep windows open and fans on to improve the circulation of fresh air.
  5. If you aren’t feeling right, you’re awaiting test results or you’ve been in close contact with someone unwell/confirmed – please don’t come to the studio. If this causes a problem with your credits, let us know and we will work it out with you.
  6. If you test positive and think there is a risk you may have been exposed or exposed people at a class – please let us know.
  7. Riders will need to thoroughly wipe down their bike at the end of class.
  8. If you are using the CC shoes, please spray them with provided disinfectant spray upon returning them to the shoe rack.
  9. We are cleaning the cycle stage and heavily used surfaces before, after and between each session.

If you’re doing everything you possibly can, then we are all doing our best to keep each other safe – which means we all keep rolling

Ride packs

If you have previously purchased ride packs, you are welcome to use them to book into weekly sessions.

If you are struggling to purchase, resulting from COVID, and need to improve your fitness ( supporting both the mind and the body) please contact us. We’d love to help!

Class bookings and cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking – please do so within 8 hours, or the session will be charged as if you were attending the session.

Should class numbers be 3 or less riders, the class will be cancelled and you will be notified, 2 hours before the scheduled start time.
