Whether you are a bike rider, triathlete, rower, runner, cross training or you are looking to improve fitness and lose weight – you are welcome!

The Cycle Collective Training method is suitable for everyone at all fitness levels. We use measured zones and RPM (Cadence) to ensure your effort and intensity is right for you, to improve.

Indoor bike sessions ae time effective, challenging, motivating and fun.

 

 

The purpose

All sessions are non-impact and programmed using proven science, delivering improvements in overall fitness, strength, power and speed.

 

 

The performance

Using tailored & accurate training zones, you ride at your personal fitness level but do it in group.

We make training efficient and effective taking the guess work out of your fitness improvements.

Classes are colour coded, programmed using science and delivered to give you the outcome you are looking for.

 

  • If you want to be stronger – train for strength. (RED CLASS – HILLS)
  • If you want to be more powerful – train for power. (GREEN CLASS)
  • If you want to fitter – train for aerobic capacity. (YELLOW CLASS)
  • If you want to better at everything – cross train in a single session. (PINK CLASS)
  • If you want time ride with the Rhythm of the music – cross train with BEATZ (BEATZ CLASS)
  • If you want more endurance – go long in the ENDURO 70min + sessions.

 

 

The Leaderboard of  your Success

If you are competitive, in any way against yourself or against others, our (opt in/out) leaderboard that will keep you focused and motivated to continually improve.

Instantly see your performance and celebrate hitting your personal milestones.

Using our software, receive emailed  ride stats after your done and track your sessions over time to see how far you have come!

5 Tips about our Intro Passes

 

1.  Our intro passes are only for newbies.

2.  Passes start on the day of your first visit not the purchase date.

3.  Come, to any class on the timetable 3 times over 10 days

4.  They are our most cost effective passes.

5.  After your 3 rides there is no ongoing commitment, but we hope you continue to ride with us!

6.  Cycling shoes available for $1 coin per class. (Sizes 37 – 48)  Runners can also be used, with many bikes

  • Cycle Collective is for everyone, people wanting to get into cycling, recreational riders, crit riders, triathletes and cross training for people who just want to improve their fitness
  • State of the art technology, combined with accurate equipment gives you stats delivered to your phone, so you can track your progress.
  • Sessions are based using Power (Watts) and Cadence ( CAD) as primary data. Riders total energy (kj) and Watts/kg is also measured during sessions.
  • Bike power meters are ANT + compatible and power meter numbers are available here. Power meters sync with most bike computers.
  • Great coaches with essential cycling experience to guide you on the right path both indoors & out.
  • Cafes and restaurants 2 mins from the studio
  • Easy parking and accessible via public transport.
