  • 11  x Indoor Cycling session over 3 weeks – you choose the sessions that suit your lifestyle from our weekly class schedule\

 

  • Fitness Testing sessions included

 

  • We recommend 3 x sessions per week

 

  • All sessions are based on POWER, CAD, WATT/KG, SPEED & DISTANCE

 

  • Data is displayed on screens, in all sessions, and show real time leader-board positions

 

  • You receive all the data straight to your phone and link it to Strava

 

  • Fitness (PTP) tests at the start and the end of the program

 

  • The results from the first session,  tells us your current fitness and is the basis for your personal training zone card. The personal zone cards will increase weekly during program

 

  • Personalized zone training cards based on POWER

 

  • Choose the sessions that suit your lifestyle from our schedule

 

  • The final session, will show your improvement over 3 weeks
