All sessions are based on POWER, CAD, WATT/KG, SPEED & DISTANCE
Data is displayed on screens, in all sessions, and show real time leader-board positions
You receive all the data straight to your phone and link it to Strava
Fitness (PTP) tests at the start and the end of the program
The results from the first session, tells us your current fitness and is the basis for your personal training zone card. The personal zone cards will increase weekly during program
