I thought the leaderboard would be daunting but was exactly the opposite as it helped to keep me motivated and I could see my fitness improvements in real time. I started with the All levels 4 Fitness Program and it was a great way to get me back on the bike.
The fitness assessments at the start and the finish was able to show me exactly how I had improved with no guess work. The team supported me through the program and I enjoyed it so much I’ve kept myself pedaling.”

The different styles of classes (all run by passionate cyclists) means there was something for everyone. Using the zone cards means whatever your ability, you can get targeted training ( without feeling you are getting let behind the group!) The studio has 2 types of bikes, to suit both less and more experienced riders)
The space looks really looks cool with view over the city is awesome and inspiring.
