29 Day Challenge  – All Fitness Levels Welcome

Our 29 Day Programs are delivering on average 8 – 12% increases in fitness!

 

How it works for YOU.

 

  • We start with an ‘on the bike’ fitness assessment  – the results are the foundation of your training program.
  • Over the length of the training program you join up to 16 sessions at our Richmond studio – you choose the sessions that suit your lifestyle from our schedule 
  • Each week your zone profile will be reviewed and you can expect to work a little harder and go up a level.
  • For the final session, we run the fitness assessment again & you will see your improvement in strength, power and endurance over 29 Days.
  • Typical results are between 8-12% increase in fitness.

 

How we do it.

 

  • Your ride account is credited with 16 x  ride sessions – we recommend 3 per week (including fitness testing)
  • Sessions are programmed and delivered by Melbournes best indoor cycling instructors
  • All sessions are safe, effective and efficient.
  • We use our resident sports scientist to oversee structures and programming.
  • Our instructors have great cycling experience from daily commuting, bike touring to elite racing
  • We use Power zones instead of heart rate or RPE to deliver our classes.  Your focus is “being in the zone”- getting the intensity right, whilst being supported by us.
  • The fitness assessment uses your levels to create your zone goals for each class.
  • You receive all the ride data straight to your phone after a class, to see your fitness improve

“Great studio with fantastic and knowledgeable instructors.  I really enjoyed the classes and riding to individual zones rather than perceived effort.  I thought the leaderboard would be daunting but was exactly the opposite as it helped to keep me motivated and I could see my fitness improvements in real time. I started with the All levels 4 Fitness Program and it was a great way to get me back on the bike.

 

The fitness assessments at the start and the finish was able to show me exactly how I had improved with no guess work. The team supported me through the program and I enjoyed it so much I’ve kept myself pedaling.”

The different styles of classes (all run by passionate cyclists) means there was something for everyone. The studio has 2 types of bikes, to suit both less and more experienced riders)
