The studio is filled with natural light where riders can see the dynamic street flow of inner city Melbourne from each bike whilst privacy is kept from onlookers one way window signage.
Shoes and change rooms are in the rear of the studio where all post ride conversations unfold and like minded community grows

Stages SC3 – great of first timers or for those wanting great performance with a spin bike feel. Globally reviewed bikes used by all levels of bike riders.
Cycle-Ops IC300 – produce 1% – 1.5% power data accuracy using a freewheeling, chain driven system to simulate a real ride feeling. A little more technical to ride but you will not find these bikes in another studio in Australia.
All bikes are linked to inhouse performance software sending individual live data onto a screen at the front of the room, keeping the room dynamic from start to the last pedal stroke.
Although everyone in class is riding to the same music and following the same instructions, they’re working to their own threshold, so it’s a group class, but an individual solution.
This is achieved by working on a card system that (prior to the workout) has used information to establish where you personally would sit in the various exercise zones. So when the instructor asks you to reach a certain zone, what you’re hitting may not be anything like the person next to you; yet you’re both doing precisely what you’ve been ‘collectively’ asked to do.
After the class if you’ve set up a statistics account then you get all your data sent to you; your average power, your maximum power, your watts per kg and the total distance you’ve ridden.
It’s an awesome and accurate way to monitor your fitness and keep you motivated every session.
The studio is very close to public transport.
