Session Types

 

1. HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training

Perfect for those who want to “get it done quickly’!

 

  • Each session is 10 – 30 minutes giving you a seriously effective, solid workout over a short time.
  • Sessions are designed to make you stronger, more powerful and improve both anaerobic and aerobic fitness
  • 2 new sessions weekly
  • Access to the entire back catalogue

2. SWEAT

Perfect for those who like the longer stuff

 

  • Sessions are 40 + minutes 
  • Some sessions focus on making you stronger
  • Some sessions focus on making you more powerful
  • All sessions focus on endurance and improving your overall fitness
  • 2 new sessions weekly
  • Access to the entire back catalogue

And thats not all folks…

 

  • Each session has as “Sweat Score” of varying intensity levels so you can pick the workout that suits your vibe each and every time
  • For those who like a sneak peak. Each session has a downloadable, written session plan so you can see what is coming up, before it arrives
  • All sessions are given a name – for easy back catalogue reference
  • All sessions have an audio file – look for the funky little bike and press play
  • Sessions are delivered using Rate of Perceived Exertion- scaling from 1 -10

 

1 = Super Easy

5 = The middle ground

10= Super Hard
