It’s Time to Climb with Tim G

Bring your strength to another level over 3 solid Hill Climb sessions over 3 weeks

 

Our resident Mountain goat, Mr Tim G uses his personal experience combined with Strava Profiles to simulate 3 classic Hill climbs over 3 weeks.

Not only does it help you build both strength and fitness but shares his personal stories, relatable tunes and pictures of epic these climbs which he has accomplished, many many times ova.

Increasing in both intensity and time, the 3 sessions are 60, 75 and 90 minutes respectively and they won’t be taken lightly.

 

The 3 session times are Wednesdays @ 6:30pm

 

Simulated Climbs include:

  • Tawonga Gap– 60 mins – 7km @ 6% gradient
  • Back of Falls– – 75 mins – 12.5 km @ 8% gradient
  • Mt Hotham – 90 mins – 25 kms @ 4.2 % gradient

 

All sessions show Real Time Power, Watt/kg, Distance, Speed
