WOMEN’S PROGRAM

Level 1

Our Women’s Programs are delivering on average 10 – 15% increases in fitness over 6 weeks!

 

Result have and will continue to speak for themselves.

 

How do we do it you may ask?

 

  • Two – three sessions per week.
  • We test and use your own personal data over the 6 weeks.
  • We use Power zones instead of heart rate to deliver our class structures.  Your focus is “being in the zone”- getting the intensity right.
  • Sessions are between 45 – 60  minutes.
  • You receive all the data straight to your phone.
  • Our teachers have great cycling experience from bike touring to elite racing.
  • We use our resident sports scientist to oversee structures and programming.
  • Our equipment is start of the art.

 

What you get:

 

  • 18 sessions to use over 6 weeks – you choose the sessions that suit your lifestyle from our schedule
  • Sessions can be used at either studio
  • The first and the last sessions are fitness test (FTP) are only for the women in the program
  • The results from the first session,  tells us your current fitness and is the basis for your personal training zone card. The zone cards will increase  3 weeks into the program.
  • All other sessions, you  choose from the weekly scheduled classes  ( 3 per week) to suit your lifestyle.
  • The final session, will show your improvement over 6 weeks

  • Richmond and Camberwell Programs running simultaneously
  • Sessions are available in Richmond and Camberwell studios (all sessions can be used at either studio)
  • Initial fitness testing: Sunday 16th February 09:30 am (both locations)
  • Final fitness testing: Sunday 29th March 09:30 am (both locations)
  • Richmond limited to 20 riders, Camberwell limited to 10 riders

This private group is for 20 female’s who want to get stronger and fitter on a bike.

 

In previous years, participants of the program all improved with the average gains of 7-12% over 8 weeks.

 

This program is different to the LvL 1 program and includes Thursday 2 x  private session per week. These sessions are periodized for further gains Strength, Power and Aerobic Capacity

 

Level 2 training is periodised, combining strength, speed, power and endurance.
This program is suited to:

 

  • Road Rider, Mountain Bikers, CX Riders, Track Riders, Triathletes, Rowers, Runners, AFLW players
  • and, people who want to cross train effectively.

 

WHAT YOU GET

 

  • 2 x 60 minute, SPECIFIC, PERIODIZED and PRIVATE sessions a week for 6 weeks.
  • FTP / Fitness Test at the beginning & end of the program.
  • Access to supported weekend outdoor group rides, via Collective Cycling Club (CYC) varing in distance and intensity.
  • Discounted indoor/ outdoor personalised coaching.
  • For additional training, you may also attend up to 7 other published classes on the weekly ride schedule.
