We’ll kick things off with a quick and easy questionnaire to get to know you—your fitness level, training background, daily routine, schedule, and what you want to get out of this challenge.
We start with a 45-minute ride to set your starting point—this isn’t about competing with others, it’s about establishing your personal performance baseline.
Incorporated into this ride will be a short fitness test which forms the basis of your personal zone card that will be used for the its few weeks of the challenge
Your personal zone card will be adjusted as your strength and fitness improves over the challenge.
From there, we’ll craft a weekly game plan that mixes energizing classes, at-home workouts, and well-earned rest days to keep you feeling strong, motivated, and ready to crush your goals
To complement your cycling sessions, we’ll send you short, effective personalised workouts designed to enhance your training, to do at home or in the gym —keeping you strong, mobile, and ready for every ride.
If you’ve trained with us before, this first session is also for you and its time to set bigger goals—challenging you to reach new performance milestones.
