We’ve invited Emily Commorford, founder of Melbourne Nutrition Services, to run an exclusive workshop covering:

  • How to build a mindful, positive relationship with food

  • Fueling your body for performance—before, during and after training

  • What sustainable weight loss really looks like

Set Your Baseline

Book your first ride after 21 May.

This session gets things started and sets your personal baseline for the 6-week challenge.

This isn’t about comparing yourself to others. It’s about understanding where you’re at and setting targets that suit you.

 

Your Personal Weekly Calorie Target

Using the data from your baseline ride, combined with a small questionnaire, we’ll calculate your customised weekly calorie goal.

This is your mission for the next 6 weeks: aim for your weekly target, ride by ride, and track how much you progress.
