Our signature long-format sessions are back — starting at 60 minutes and building to 80, each one carefully programmed and periodised over 8 weeks to build the strength, stamina and endurance you’ll need for:

  • Long summer rides
  • Amy’s Gran Fondo
  • Around The Bay
  • Great Vic Bike Ride
  • Cross-training
  • Or simply pushing your general fitness to the next level

Gearing up for Amy’s Gran Fondo?
This year is one for the books — the public ride is happening on the same morning as the 2025 UCI Gran Fondo World Championships (Sunday 19 October). The energy will be next-level.

You can join for the full 8 weeks or drop in as you go. Each session builds on the last — increasing intensity, lifting your threshold, and laying down strength one block at a time.

You don’t need to be a cyclist to benefit.
These sessions are for anyone looking to get stronger, go longer, and feel proud of what their body can do.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Assessment & Goal Setting
Before we begin, we’ll sit down to understand your current fitness level and what you’re aiming to achieve. This helps us tailor your training cards to suit your individual goals and ensure you get the most from each session.

Progressive Training Sessions
Each week, you’ll take part in structured 60 – 80-minute sessions designed to build endurance on the bike. We’ll gradually increase intensity and also cover key skills like event pacing, fuelling strategies, and mental preparation — so you’re ready for the ride, inside and out.

Personalised Coaching
Our experienced coaches will provide individual feedback, monitor your progress, and adjust your training cards as needed. Expect guidance on technique, form, and smart strategies to help you ride stronger for longer.

Supportive Community
You’re not doing this alone. You’ll be training alongside a crew who get it — people who will cheer you on, push you through, and celebrate every win along the way.

Optional Extra Training
For those who want to go further, we’ve got additional resources available — including strength and conditioning workouts, injury prevention tools, and nutrition tips tailored for cyclists and endurance-focused training.

Optional Custom Training Plans: Take your training further with a personalised 8-week plan built in Training Peaks — designed to complement your indoor sessions with your outdoor workload. We’ll deep dive into your heart rate data and power output to create a highly specific program tailored to your goals, fitness level, and schedule.
