What’s the bike you’re riding right now?

I have a Specialised Alias and a Giant Trinity TT bike for triathlons 

Would you cheat on your current bike for another bike? If so what bike?

No way - my bike and I have been through Ironman together- buddies for life!

If you were a bike what would you be and why? 

I'd be a bike that can go up hills or long flats without being too bothered by them - light enough to tackle anything. Easy going but with enough power to burst and hold its own when required. 

Earliest bike memory?

Strawberry shortcake bike in Emerald with a white basket and learning to ride it on the concrete behind my grandparents' house in Dromana.

Preferred terrain - hills, mountains, coastal, flats? 

I love a good hill. 

What is your current connection with cycling and how has it become part of your lifestyle?

I am a dedicated triathlete and Ironman who is rising to the challenge again in 2016 and I am passionate about connecting with people, bringing out their strengths and challenging their ideas of what they think they can achieve - which gets them coming back and then the changes begin!

I teach over 14 cycle classes a week around Melbourne and also train with heavy weights, swim and run. 

In three words describe your coaching style
As an instructor, I have a passion for strength and conditioning. This translates to a lot of strength and power work in my indoor rides – a journey of determination and a lot of fun.
