Cycle Collective Class Information


Class Duration – Classes go for 45 minutes. 

Types of Classes


BLUE -  (free class for beginners) An introduction to the Cycle Collective way

YELLOW -  Increase your aerobic endurance (a good all round class for beginners and experienced cyclists alike)

GREEN -  Increase your power and speed (Intervals)

RED -  Increase your strength and endurance (hills!)

BLACK -  (off bike) Increase your strength (Lifting weights)

PINK -   A great all round session including , intervals, hills, and endurance work

ENDURO - For people looking to step it up or train for a specific event like a Fondo or 3 peaks. Extra time for no extra cost.....so much bang for your buck!

 

 



Corporate and Club Team Building Classes

Corporate Clients include; AFL, Victorian Bush Rangers, Richmond Football Club, REA Group, Carsales, GSK, Australian Women's cricket team, Aus Super, Grey group, Westminster Law, and Inclusive Sports Training.


Cycle Collective specialise in team events which are perfect for sporting clubs, and workplaces. 

The Classes can be organised in such a way that the focus can be performance (perfect for clubs) or fun with just a touch of performance which is great for workplaces.

The initial process involves a meeting with a cycle collective representative to organise a brief so that we can then structure the class accordingly. We have room for groups up to 23 people. The group can then be divided into 2-4 working groups for friendly competition!

One work group can even challenge another work group ! Or one club against another.
